An Indian woman, who is a fitness enthusiast, has taken fitness to whole a new level, proving that you don't need to be a man to lift heavy weights and that it's all about how strong you are.
Amid the pandemic, since most of us are working out at home, we all bank on home equipment to stay fit and Shaili Chikara follows that as well.

Shaili is a certified Fitness consultant, whose recent video of doing squats with a cylinder has gone viral.
What makes it even more challenging is, she wore a saree to perform this task. We all know how difficult it is to manage the six-yard trend, let alone wearing it every day for daily chores.
She posted this video on her Instagram profile and captioned it as "Meri Video Kaha Kaha pahunchi."View this post on Instagram
Ever since the video was shared, it went viral within no time and it now has more than 6,800 likes.
Users were stunned at how flawlessly she performed the exercise. One user called her a powerful woman, while others compared her to Baahubali as well.

Shaili, who also works at an IT company, has made one thing clear with several other videos and it's that you don't need gym or hardcore equipment to work out. All you need are some household items.
She is also seen lifting a kid in one of her videos.View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram
She regularly takes to Instagram and posts motivating workout videos. She has truly become an inspiration for many.
Maybe I should start with 2 Litre water bottles.
