Suresh Raina has been a silent but deadly cricketer that the Indian cricket team has had playing for them.
Having scored 5615 ODI runs, 1605 T20 runs and 5368 IPL runs, he is a champion of limited overs cricket and any team - be it national, domestic or a league franchise - has been lucky to have him onboard.

However there was one man who has been even more silent than Raina but has managed to reach the epitome of success with the team in the white and red ball cricket.
We are obviously talking about Rahul Dravid, the ‘Wall’ who was every bowler’s nightmare in Test cricket and every coach’s dream project to work on.
Regardless of his batting prowess, Dravid’s name never emerges in the conversation around some of India’s best captains. After taking over as the skipper after Sourav Ganguly, Dravid led the squad in 25 Tests and 79 ODIs and during his tenure some of the biggest series wins came against West Indies, Bangladesh and England.
But for Raina, one of the biggest perks of playing for Team India was to serve under the leadership of Dravid.

Recalling how nervous he used to be back when he was a young cricketer who’d just received a call to play at the international level, the southpaw told us how it was Dravid who helped him settle in and get comfortable inside the dressing room.
He said: “When you play at the highest level, you have a lot of responsibilities on your shoulders. Back then I remember Rahul bhai used to play, his man-management was superb. He had brilliant players like Sachin bhai and Anil bhai. Viru bhai and Gauti bhai used to play on the top and in the middle there was Dhoni and me.”

He continued: “I remember, as youngsters, we used to feel nervous talking in the dressing room but Rahul bhai helped us feel relaxed. He used to talk to us about our families and was genuinely concerned about their wellbeing.”It has been over eight years since Dravid hung his boots. He then went on to become the head coach of the U-19 Indian cricket team and that was India A and currently works as the boss man of the National Cricket Academy with the hopes of revitalising the infrastructure and use the facilities to produce world class cricketers.
And even then, stories of his days as an active player and a leader continue to surface and only goes on to show that Dravid was simply a class apart. View the full article
In case you haven't realised it, 2019 marks the end of a full decade. As we embark on a new journey walking into 2020 with life lessons and emotional baggage, we thought what are a few things that will stay with us from this soon to be ex of ours. One of the best things was the kind of entertainment content we got to watch as viewers in these past couple of years. So to help us all, we decided to curate a list of the 10 best shows which were entertainment gamechangers. Now you might differ in your opinion and that is perfectly okay, but here are some of the most loved shows of this decade.
1. Game Of Thrones
The finale of one of the most watched shows in the history of television was kind of disappointing for a lot of fans out there, but there is a reason why GOT became the epic saga of emotions which enjoyed a cult fan following for over 8 years of its existence. The magnanimous scale of production, absolutely surprising storylines, breathtaking cinematography, and literally everything about this show changed the way an epic is lived on the screen.
2. Stranger Things
An American sci-fi show based in 1984, kids running with walkie-talkies, an 'upside down' world where a hungry demon awaits to devour everything in its way are some of the basic ingredients that make this show a big success. Following the adventures of these kids makes you want to be a part of this 'cool' group yourself. Clearly one of the best sci-fi dramas we watched in the last 10 years.
3. Sacred Games
The only TV show which put India on the global map of how brilliantly one can serve entrainment on a platter. Sacred Games is a collective par excellence effort of Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap brought to life with the mad genius of Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The complicated relationship between Sartaj Singh and gangster Ganesh Gaitonde and the web of lies he's trapped with are some of the key ingredients which made this show the success it became.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge did something which most women-oriented shows only attempt to do. Fleabag hit the bull's eye when it first made its debut over two years ago. The freshly packed rawness of absolutely relatable characters make your heart heavy, leave you with uncomfortable contradictory thoughts after every episode, leave you with pearls of laughter and sometimes make you wonder how brilliantly the flaws have been put on display. Needless to say, this show swept a lot of awards this year, a win which was rightly deserved.
A show that makes it to this list not only because it is wonderfully and tastefully done, but also because it is a History lover's aesthetic delight. The show chronicles the life of Queen Elizabeth and the whole circle of humans around her. Each scene is like a beautifully carved scripture and demands your full attention.
6. Black Mirror
This dystopian anthropological series might give you the chills with a few episodes, but Black Mirror left people asking for more all the time. This show takes the credit for being one of the most compelling shows in the history of television. If you ever want to think how the future of the human species looks like, pick any episode and treat yourself with some discomfort thrown with a lot of awe in equal measure.
7. Peaky Blinders
One of those marvellously made shows which enjoy a constant amount of viewership, courtesy its brilliant scriptwriting. Fans find this show to be an addictive watch and the strongly portrayed characters make for a must-watch in case you haven't watched it already.
Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's detective series came to life with this British show which enjoys a stellar fan following. Benedict Cumberbatch's brilliant portrayal of the detective has made it one of the most iconic characters in the history of television.
9. Rick & Morty
This American adult cartoon finds it place on this list for the kind of craziness it has managed to brew amongst its fan following. The cynical world of their sci-fi adventures addresses deep philosophical questions about human existence and life in general.
There are a lot of series which deal with the cat and mouse chase between the authorities and the people running away from them but none of them are remotely as gripping and packed with so much suspense as Homeland. Following the way being paved by Carrie Mathinson and her mentor Saul is a visual delight. Each season follows a different storyline and each of them are equally gripping. There is not a single dull moment as you try to unravel the mystery yourself.
Let us know what are some of your favourite shows so we can add them to this list and help everyone curate a 'must watch' list of their own! View the full article

After a successful 2019, studded with flagship killers, a music concert and pop-up events, OnePlus is now in the news for being the first smartphone manufacturer to have 5G support across a full product line up.
On 12th March 2020, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau confirmed that its next product series will include a full lineup of 5G devices, further solidifying OnePlus as a pioneer in ushering in the 5G era.

This development stands extremely relevant to todayâs customer base where thereâs a rising demand for data communication â be it for streaming movies, music, playing online games, conference calls, and other data-intensive services.
OnePlus Phones & 5G
Currently, the company has two 5G compatible phones in the market â OnePlus 7 Pro which was launched in the UK and US last year, and a special McLaren edition of the OnePlus 7T Pro. Apart from this, the next-gen phones - OnePlus 8, Oneplus 8 Pro and OnePlus 8 Lite which are slated to launch in mid-April this year will be centred around 5G.
The upcoming OnePlus 8 series will be equipped with Qualcomm's latest flagship SoC, the Snapdragon 865 and the Snapdragon X55 modem.

With futuristic technology coming to our fingertips, itâs only natural to worry about soaring prices. But, while Pete Lau did mention that weâre likely to see a more expensive âProâ version, the regular OnePlus 8 will be manufactured at an affordable price with relatively modest tech specs.
Massive Investments In The 5G Sector
True to its motto of âNever Settle,â the brand has been investing in 5G since 2016 now, and is working on developing application scenarios like cloud gaming, cloud videos, and cloud storage services which would be a big boon for tech-savvy customers of today. The OnePlus 5G labs are located in Taipei and Shenzhen where research is carried out in areas of radio frequency (RF) circuits, antennasâ¯and multi-media (camera, audio, and display). The labs also conduct software research for communication protocol, optimization, performance, power, stability and user scenario testing.

OnePlus is also conducting 5G testing efforts in the R&D center, Hyderabad, India, which was established last year.
"âWeâve been investing in 5G for several years and we see this as the direction going forward and one weâre very much committed to", Lau said.
One can look back and smile at the days when â5G compatible phonesâ were a far-fetched thought. Rumours are rife that OnePlus will roll out the 5G compatible â8 seriesâ around 16th April 2020. For regular updates on the same, visit the OnePlus community page.

Before there was hate for the polarising Hina Khan, a bikini-clad Sakshi Pradhan created a major name (and press) for herself on the sets of Splitsvilla season 2. Her outspoken nature and no-holds-barred attitude made her one of the most hated contestants in the couples' paradise. Best way to describe her? Messy hair, cool girl dressing, and even messier personality. Fast forward to 2017 and Sakshi is still as reverent as ever. Posing in barely-there ensembles and ignoring the haters have never looked this good. Scroll through the images to see her in all her glory!

In what was considered to be one of the most controversial tri-series of 2018, the Nidahas Trophy between India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka saw a rare show of skills, patience and explosive batting when Indian wicket keeper-batsman, Dinesh Karthik took control of the final, deflated the Bangladeshi bowling line-up and won the trophy for the Men in Blue exactly one year ago, today.
Returning to the top roster after a long gap, the tri-series was more of a test for the then 32-year-old, a question of whether he's still got what it takes to be a part of the best cricket team in the world.
While India managed to make it to the final of the series without requiring a lot of help from the righty, skipper Rohit Sharma (https://www.mensxp.com/topic/rohit-sharma.html) and the squad demanded a miracle of an innings by him to be able to win it all, late in the game.
When Karthik entered the field after Manish Pandey's dismissal, India required to score 34 runs off the last two overs. The need for Karthik to hit big shots was of utmost importance as his co-batsman Vijay Shankar was struggling to connect the deliveries with his bat.
Karthik, however, had different plans altogether. Stepping on the batting crease in the 19th over, he scored 22 runs off Rubel Hossain's deliveries while also sending the last ball for a maximum to bring the trophy to India.
"Really happy to come out of this performance. Really happy for the team. We've played really well in this tournament and to not win the final would have been unfortunate. It was not that easy to bat there,” said a modest Dinesh Karthik after the game who was also named the Man of the Match for his short yet impactful innings.
