Hours after Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh declared that there will be no CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, former Union Cabinet Minister Subramanian Swamy has shared why he feels that Sushant Singh Rajput didn’t die by suicide but was murdered.

Sushant died by suicide, according to the reports, on June 14 at his Mumbai residence. And ever since his sudden and shocking demise, Sushant’s well-wishers and colleagues from the Bollywood fraternity have been hinting at foul play. In fact, many of them have also termed it a “planned murder” and called for CBI inquiry into the case.

In his list, consisting of 24 points, Swamy points out that if Sushant committed suicide due to depression and non-existence on social media, he could have been murdered because of the location, length of ligature mark, mark on the neck not matching with the cloth used, various marks on the body, CCTV outage, missing room duplicate key, his manager Disha Salian's suicide, changing sim card, no financial crisis, and servant changing statement among other things.

In his tweets, he also called out people from Bollywood and said that the “Movie Mafia” has deliberately involved a female actress into the scene to distract everyone’s attention.

The Mumbai Movie Mafia has decided to dump a female actress so that potentially a murder case becomes a quarrel case( Lafhda in Mumbai Hindi) for ₹15 crores. The female is easy to sacrifice for M3 to deflect the case

Mumbai Police thinks FIR stands for "Final" InformationReport as per M3, not "First" Information Report as per Criminal Procedure Code. So to register the "FIR" the Mumbai Police is waiting for all the information to come in. Is Mumbai Police following M3 prepared Cr.PC?

Like many of Sushant’s fans and well-wishers, Subramanian Swamy has also time and again been vocal about having a CBI investigation in Sushant Singh’s death case.

If Bihar Police is serious about having a say in the investigation into the unnatural death of Sushant Singh Rajput then there is no alternative to a CBI probe since Police of two States cannot separately investigate the same crime.

Recently, Sushant’s father also filed a 6-page FIR against Rhea Chakraborty for extortion of money and abetment of suicide. Commenting on it, Sushant’s cousin Niraj Kumar Singh recently said to Times of India, “Kuchh sachhai hogi tabhi toh aarop lagaya gaya hai.”
