Irrfan Khan’s Smile In The Academy’s Video On Hope Amid The Pandemic Is Making Fans Emotional

The world is dealing with a pandemic and all of us are just trying to move past extremely difficult times in our ways. The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Science shared a video on Twitter to induce hope into people’s lives and what made Indians happy was Irrfan Khan’s smile in the clip.

Recently, Indian cinema lost a gem and it felt like a personal loss to many of his fans. Irrfan Khan was successful in making his place in Bollywood and many of his fans were shaken by the news and now suddenly seeing his presence made all his fans nostalgic.

Irrfan is seen in the video towards the end wherein he is asked if his story is a happy ending, to which he replies, “Well that's up to you."

The video is a montage of many popular movies that have been used here to give people hope and the clips are for films such as The Martian, Parasite, Her, Interstellar, Black Panther, and Li Of Pi.

Irrfan Khan has made his fans fall in love with his captivating smile and his expressive eyes apart from his extraordinary acting skills. His fans from across the globe are deeply saddened and still in shock that he left us at the age of 53. But, his smile in the video makes everything worthwhile and gives us all the power to be hopeful in life.

Actress Nimrat Kaur who was seen alongside Irrfan Khan in The Lunchbox wrote, "A heavy heart smiles with the last frame. Such a rich, moving collage. #IrrfanForever".
