Bollywood films have not only just made us see some very cool foreign locations but have also made us explore the beauty of India through their lens. And now that we all are stuck at home amid the pandemic, this is the time when we are missing taking a vacation the most. So, here is a list of five places shown in Bollywood movies that we want to visit after all this is over-

Ladakh -3 Idiots 

This film is unforgettable and showcased Pangong Lake in Ladakh. And this movie is the reason behind the lake being so famous today. 

It is also said that the number of people visiting this lake has doubled after the release of this film. After all, Ladakh is the perfect place to go to with friends after everything is sorted and we have surpassed the pandemic. 

Manali - Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani

Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani is the kind of film that youâd re-watch just to look at the beautiful places shown in the movie and the story that flows along with it. Almost, all of us have made plans to go to Manali after watching this film and why not the Himachal trek showcased in the film would want you to pack your bags and leave. 

Darjeeling -Barfi

This was a brilliant film with stellar performances by Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor. Apart from the storyline and acting the filmâs shooting locations were beautiful. The film is mostly shot in Darjeeling and Kolkata and both places would want to enjoy the toy train and tea gardens along with witnessing Howrah Bridge and a lot more that both the places have to offer.  

Goa -Dil Chahta Hai 

This film started the trend of planning Goa trips with friends. But, most of us have cancelled our Goa plans and once the pandemic is over, itâs time to visit Goa.  

Kerala -Raavan 

People might forget the movie but this film showcased the best setting wherein the song Behne De was shot. The Athirapally waterfalls in Kerala will make you fall in love with the state and after watching the movie; youâd definitely want to go to Kerala.
