2. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is another ingredient that you can try out for your dry skin. Take oatmeal and grind it first. Add the powdered form to your bath. You can also use creams that have oatmeal as an ingredient as it will help relieve the itching sensation on your skin. Not just that, you can also make a scrub with raw milk and use it on your face in case of dry skin.

3. Yoghurt

Yoghurt is your winter saviour as it can help control the dry skin issues. Applying this solution will not only fight the unwanted flakiness but also soften and moisturise your skin. Just take some yoghurt and apply it directly on your face. Keep it on for fifteen minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Following this for a week will prove to be beneficial.

5. Milk

If you feel itchy and see white spots anywhere on your skin, you can use cold milk. Just dip a cloth in it and dab it all over the affected areas. Do the same for ten minutes straight to see the soothing effects of milk. The lactic acid is magical and can do wonders for your dry and itchy skin.
