Hrithik Roshan was last seen in his 2019 film War alongside Tiger Shroff. Now, Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan are all set to work together for their next film which is a Hindi remake of Vikram Vedha.

The film originally starred R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles and it is being said that Hrithik will start shooting for the film in June this year.

Hrithik is already preparing for his role in the film but in May he will be working extensively on his body for his role. He will start shooting for the film in June and will be seen donning the role of a gangster. He will be playing the role of Vedha in the film.

Saif Ali Khan will be seen playing the role of a cop in the film. So basically he will play the role of Vikram in the film and as the audience has already seen him play a cop in Sacred Games, we are already excited to see what his role has in store for us. 

Film’s Plot

The film revolves around a cop named Vikram who is trying to find gangster Vedha and as Vedha voluntarily surrenders himself, he tells Vikram three stories that completely change his perception about what is good and what is bad. 

The Direction Of The Film

The original film was directed by the duo Pushkar and Gayathri and they will be directing the Hindi remake as well. According to reports, currently, the film is in the pre-production stage and the team is looking forward to impending the shoot. 

Vikram Vedha Awards 

The original film received good reviews and was largely well-received by the audience. The film was nominated in seven categories at the 65th Filmfare Awards South, including those for Best Film (Sashikanth), Best Actor (Madhavan and Sethupathi), and Best Supporting Actress (Varalaxmi). It won in four categories – Best Director (Pushkar–Gayathri), Best Actor (Sethupathi), Best Male Playback Singer (Anirudh for "Yaanji") and Critics Award for Best Actor – South (Madhavan).
