Everyone loves Keanu Reeves, the guy is just so amazing, and everyone loves him as John Wick ever since he took on the role in 2014 and avenged his dog. Now, the third movie in the franchise - 'John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum' - is almost here, but some people have already watched it and it's no surprise that people are loving the movie.
Ever since the first promo picture came out - Keanu Reeves with Halle Berry in a desert with two dogs - people have been so excited for the movie. And, concerned about the dogs, of course.
Welcome to the next chapter. #JohnWick3 pic.twitter.com/qtvXepVEvw

People are also calling it the best movie in the franchise so far, and well, nothing builds the excitement more than that.
#JohnWick3 is an absolute blast and the best film of the @JohnWickMovie franchise so far

Some people disagree.
On JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 3, which I think is a notch below the other two movies, but still a lot of fun. https://t.co/gXbqz1ugtL

JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 3 is pretty fucking badass. Maybe the most violent studio movie since HOSTEL: PART II. The Boban fight scene RULES & I don't even know if that was one of the top 3 sequences. Loved Mark Dacascos, but everyone is good -- Halle, McShane, Lance, Fishburne, Huston.

Okay, some mixed reviews.
I enjoyed John Wick 3 just fine--it's more John Wick--but I have to say I'm absolutely shocked that the RT rating is so overwhelmingly high. This movie DEFINITELY has more problems than a lot of critics are pointing out imo
— Mike Rougeau (@RogueCheddar) May 11, 2019
John Wick 3 takes a page (and some actors) from The Raid in its relentless action and hard-hitting choreography. There's some plot wheel spinning that kept it from being perfect, but I just love this world and enjoy spending time in it.

Even before 'Game Of Thrones' or 'Avengers' series came into our lives or existence, there was one show that ruled all our hearts - 'CID'. Watching ACP Pradyuman and his officers Abhijeet and Daya crack each case with precision and catch the criminals was all we looked forward to always.
While we loved watching them do their thing, people also loved cracking jokes on Daya and his technique of entering a room. Of all the officers in the team, it was Daya who was loved by people the most for a) *Daya, Darwaza tod do* and b) his slap to make even the scariest criminal accept his crimes.
'CID' ruled the world of television for more than 20 years, before it went off-air. Now, after so many days, suddenly the internet decided to remember officer Daya in its own hilarious way.
In case you haven't noticed already, pictured of a 'sad and upset' Daya is doing the rounds on social media, to express the meltdown they expressed after watching 'Avengers: Endgame' and the initial episodes of 'Game Of Thrones' season 8.

Before the release of the final installment in the Avengers series, there were only two movies people were talking about - 'Avengers: Infinity War' and 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion'. Now, everyone has just one thing on their minds - 'Avengers: Endgame'.
Arka Media Works
Thanos is the greatest supervillain ever, not just in the Marvel Universe but also in the lives of Bollywood filmmakers, as 'Avengers: Endgame' turned every desi movie to dust with its release. In fact, 'Avengers: Endgame' has entered the 100-crore club in its second day itself.
If a movie can land a Marvel fan in hospital, because she cried uncontrollably while watching it, you can only expect it to reach greater heights and break all the records. On its first day, the movie earned Rs 53.10 crore and became the biggest opener in India, beating the likes of 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion'. On Saturday, it earned Rs 51.40 crore and cakewalked into the Rs 100 crore club in just two days, with Rs 104 crore.
Even before its release, the movie has been making every desi marvel fan go batshit crazy and its release has only made people lose their minds further.
The Russo brothers' directorial released in 2845 screens in India in Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu language, and the movie stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner and Brie Larson, among others.
Voting is our fundamental right and like I said earlier, the entire nation's fate depends on the tiny mark of blue ink on your fingers. Be it commoners or actors, cricketers and politicians; everyone is busy exercising their right and urging other people to do the same. So is cricketer Virat Kohli.
Virat Kohli, one of the finest batsmen in the world and RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore) captain, is all set to cast his vote in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections 2019 and he announced the same on his Instagram on Sunday. Sharing his voter ID on Instagram story, Kohli wrote, "Ready to vote in Gurugram on the 12th May. Are you?"
However, he deleted the stories, probably because his personal information was revealed in public. He later posted only the front side of his voter ID and blurred out the details. Voting in Delhi and Gurugram will be held on May 12.
But, do you know what else is on May 12? The final match of IPL 2019 is in Hyderabad. Although, Virat Kohli's RCB is at the bottom in the point table, if they miraculously manage to enter the finals then Kohli will have a tough time travelling between the two cities.
In other news, at least Kohli's goofy expression on his Voter ID card is making us feel less miserable about our Aadhar card pictures.
What's the first thing that comes to your mind when someone says doctor? Injections, painkillers, antibiotics, and perhaps a man with a grumpy face sitting with stethoscope. I am sure you get my point. Well, no matter what thoughts come to your mind, dancing never finds its way to the list.
But, thanks to the Indian Air Force doctors, people can now imagine doctors as someone who is cool and likes to do fun stuff. Something like, clapping along to show that happiness is the truth, because they're happy.
In case you didn't get it already, we're talking about the viral video of IAF doctors, who took a break from their work to dance to 'Happy', and let's just say this is the coolest thing we've seen on social media in recent times.
Be it doctors, air force officers or patients; everyone is seen enjoying while dancing and dabbing to the tunes of Pharell Williams' hit song. Reportedly, it was shot at the 12 Air Force Hospital in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
If you Remember the Gangnam Style by the 68 DSSC at Wellington, in 2013, this will make your day.

In fact, this is not the first time that jawans have stunned people with their dance moves. Earlier, in 2013, officers at the Defence Services Staff College in Wellington were seen dancing to Psy's 'Gangnam Style'.
The erector spinae are the group of muscles that form the Christmas tree shape on your back. That Christmas tree isn't just meant to show off on the competitive bodybuilding stage, but it also means that you have strong lower back muscles as well.
Having a strong lower back will not only help you to prevent injuries but also help you with other compound lifts like the deadlift.
Here are the exercises that you should include in your workout routine to make your lower back strong and to build that Christmas tree:
1. Stiff Leg Deadlift
To perform this exercise, you need to take an Olympic bar and use an overhand grip (palms facing down). While going heavy in this exercise you can also use wrist wraps. Your torso will remain straight and your knees will be slightly bent. This will be the starting position.
Now, keeping the knees stationary, you will lower the barbell over the top of your feet by bending at the waist while keeping your back straight. You should feel a stretch on your lower back and hamstrings. Remember that this is not an exercise that is recommended for people with any form of lower back issues. Also, it needs to be treated with the utmost respect paying special attention not to round the back forward as you move the torso down; the back should always be straight. Finally, jerking motions or doing too much weight can injure your back.
2. Back Extensions/Hyperextensions
This exercise can be performed on a hyperextension bench. Lie face down on a hyperextension bench, tucking your ankles securely under the footpads of the bench. Adjust the upper pad if possible so your upper thighs lie flat across the wide pad, leaving enough room for you to bend at the waist without any restriction. Now while keeping your body straight, cross your arms in front of you. This will be your starting position.
You can also choose to hold a weight plate for extra resistance in front of you under your crossed arms. Start bending forward slowly at the waist as far as you can while keeping your back flat. Keep moving forward until you feel a nice stretch on your lower back and you can no longer keep going without a rounding of the back. Slowly raise your torso back to the initial position as you inhale.
3. Seated Rowing
To perform this exercise you need access to a low pulley row machine with a V-bar. To begin this exercise, first sit down on the machine and place your feet on the front platform or crossbar provided making sure that your knees are slightly bent and not completely locked out. Lean over as you keep the natural alignment of your back and grab the V-bar handles.
With your arms extended pull back until your torso is at a 90-degree angle from your legs. Your back should be slightly arched and your chest should be sticking out. You should be feeling a nice stretch on your lats as you hold the bar in front of you. Now while keeping the torso stationary, pull the handles back towards your torso.
Keep the arms close to it until you touch the abdominals. Breathe out as you perform that movement. At that point, you should be squeezing your back muscles hard. Hold that contraction for a second and slowly go back to the original position while breathing in.
Start doing these exercises and grow strong in them to build a mean X-Mas tree on your back.
