7 Grooming Essentials That Are A Must-Have In Every Man's Travel Bag

Whether for summer vacations or weekend getaways, it's easy to pack your whole world and then ultimately unpack because your bag was overstuffed. In the midst of all this hassle, chances are you will miss out on packing your grooming essentials.  Following a daily regimen can be hard and hence, to keep it simple and time-saving for you, here are all the basic things to add to your travel bag when you are on to go: 1. Face Wipes © Getty Images While on a vacay, chances are your skin could start looking dull, dry and dehydrated. Carrying a pack of face wipes can cleanse your face in seconds, without making you feel the need to rush to the washroom. These are quite useful and can steer clear of the grime accumulated on your face. 2. Mouthwash © Getty Images A mouthwash comes handy during long journeys. No, we are not saying you don't add a toothbrush but carrying a mouthwash helps when you are short on time. All you need to do is swish it in your mouth and feel fresh instantly. 3. Lip Balm © Getty Images Chugging water can fight dehydration but keeping a lip balm will help your lips revive if they are chapped during the journey. Most lip balms come in small packaging and hence it's important to stow it in your kit. 4. Moisturiser © Getty Images A small and sturdy bottle of moisturiser for your face is a travel must-have. It reduces the glaring signs of fatigue and the lightweight formula will instantly energise your face. It's a great deal to bank on! 5. Battery Operated Razor © Getty Images An electric, battery-operated razor will prove beneficial, not just in your travel kit, but also in your grooming arsenal. It's definitely a hassle-free choice and an ideal swap for shaving creams that you can rely on while travelling. 6. Face Wash And Scrub © Getty Images We don't want you to follow a long regime while you wish to enjoy the trip. So, get your hands on a two in one product that helps fight dead skin cells and keeps your skin smooth and clean with its goodness. Thank us later! 7. Carry An Antiperspirant Deodorant © Getty Images Adding a deodorant to your travel kit is obvious but instead of carrying a gigantic bottle, opt for a mini size, anti-perspirant deodorant that fits in your small travel bag. There are a plethora of pocket deodorants available and trust us, they are the best suitable alternative to own!

NASA Is Introducing Space Tourism For Common People But We're Not Sure Who Can Afford It

The words adventure and adrenaline rush mean different things for different people. For some, it could equal climbing the Everest, for others, it could mean drinking the night away before an important exam. However, the ultimate adventure, travelling to space, a dream filled with fear and inhibition for everyone might become a reality soon, only for the super-rich of course. Starting next year, NASA plans on beginning space tourism which will allow private astronauts, i.e guests to travel to outer space. Today starts a new day in low-Earth orbit as we unlock the @Space_Station's potential as a platform for companies to engage in commercial profit-making activities and we welcome private astronauts to visit on U.S. vehicles. Get more details: https://t.co/lJnIlxaii7 pic.twitter.com/8sbi1lEzIn — NASA (@NASA) June 7, 2019 To begin with, this travel is not going to take one to the Moon, but to NASA's international space station.NASA will tie up with private companies which will operate this orbit tour of 30 days. The guests will have to shell out close to 24 lakhs INR per night for this luxury. But no, that's not it folks. It has also tied up with Elon Musk's SpaceX, which will use its Dragon capsule, and Boeing, which is currently building a spacecraft called the Starliner. The taxi fare for this will be close to $ 60 million per flight! Crazy right? Well, the price is as crazy as the idea of vacationing in outer space.

BSF Jawans Stand Strong Against Heat Wave To Protect Indians 'Regardless Of Weather Condition'

The Indian borders are impenetrable and solid because of the mighty soldiers who hold down the fort at all times, never sparing a thought about themselves. These warriors in their camo-print armours put on such a display of bravado and selflessness that is matched only by a few others. These superheroes set up their homes in the most remote areas of the country, or places with adverse climatic conditions, as they mark their territories and stand guard over it, should its borders be threatened. (c) BCCL Yet, not once do they complain about their working conditions or the constant onslaught of heat, rain and cold that they have to live through over a lifetime of their service for the nation and its people. For instance, ANI reported a few hours ago that BSF jawans at the International Border are reeling under the heat wave that has struck the area. As the mercury rises with every passing day, the resolve these jawans hold in their heart only grows stronger. (c) ANI Talking about the heat, and how they survive through hours under the relentless sun, a jawan told the news agency, "People in the country are sleeping with an assurance that we are at the border. So, whatever may be the weather condition we are always on the alert." (c) ANI (c) ANI Such are these men of might, who go beyond their call of duty every single day to ensure all of us can enjoy the peace and security that they bring into our lives, at the cost of theirs. No amount of danger, painful weather conditions or threat can deter these heroes, and we are grateful every day for their selflessness and bravery.

Amazon's 'Prime Air' Drones Are Almost Ready, But We Still Have To Wait For Delivery Guys In India

Robert Downey Jr. announced his plans to clean the Earth with the help of Nanotechnology during Amazon's Re:Mars conference in Las Vegas on Tuesday night. But that's not the only exciting announcement we heard during the keynote. The folks over at Amazon also unveiled the latest Prime Air drone design, which the company says it wants to launch in the coming months. Before we talk about the drone itself, check out this video showing the new drone in action -  As you can see, the new Prime Air drone is essentially a hybrid aircraft that can do vertical as well as forward flights. The takeoff and landing look particularly smooth too. The video itself does a good job of showing us the drone's flying capability and it seems to be pretty good as far as flying is concerned. As for the safety features, well Amazon's consumer worldwide CEO Jeff Wilke took a good amount of time to emphasise the same during the keynote. According to him, the new drone will take advantage of a combination of hardware components and machine learning models to safely deliver the packages. © Amazon The drone that was showcased during the event is apparently fitted with thermal cameras, depth cameras, and sonar to detect hazards. It also has onboard computers that use machine learning to automatically detect obstacles and navigate around them. “We know customers will only feel comfortable receiving drone deliveries if the system is incredibly safe. From paragliders, power lines, to the corgi in your backyard, this drone has safety covered,” said Wilke during the presentation. © Reuters The rotors of the drone, as you can see, are also covered for safety and the packages for delivery are carried safely inside the fuselage in the middle. Prime Air delivery drones have six degrees of freedom as opposed to four in the normal quadcopters. It will allow for more dynamic and nimble flight. Amazon says the goal is to take advantage of drone delivery tech to fly up to 15 miles and deliver packages under five pounds to customers in less than 30 minutes. As mentioned earlier, we still don't exactly know when the Prime Air drone deliveries will begin since Amazon is waiting for FAA's approval. But that's just Federal Aviation Administration, which is a government body of the United States. For its use in India, the Ministry of Civil Aviation will have to approve it. And if history is something to go by, it may take a long time. So let's just rely on the delivery guys for our packages now.

RDJ Wants To Clean The Earth With Robots & We're Convinced That He's Becoming 'Tony Stark'

'Iron Man' actor Robert Downey Jr. played the role of a scientist for the past 11 years. But recently while speaking at Amazon's Re:Mars conference at Las Vegas, he literally convinced us that he's becoming 'Tony Stark' in real life by launching a new initiative to clean the world. During his gag-filled talk that somehow weaved together the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, RDJ announced the launch of a new initiative called Footprint Coalition to clean up our planet. © Reuters “Between robotics and nanotechnology, we could clean up the planet significantly, if not totally, in 10 years”, Downey Jr. said. So yes, he's going to use robots (hopefully they look like Iron Man) and nanotechnology to clean the Earth and reverse its carbon footprint in a decade. He didn't share any details on how the organization plans to achieve its goal. However, he did say that even a small dent could be the most important thing he had ever done. The official website of Footprint Coalition also went live soon after his announcement, but we can only see a signup form for their newsletter as of now. Downey Jr's talk during the keynote was particularly interesting because he discussed artificial intelligence, MCU, the evolution of Tony Stark and his own career too. He also talked about the past that landed him incarcerated on drug charges until he cleaned up in rehab treatment. “Quick disclaimer, I don't pretend to understand the complexities we face as a species, just because I portrayed a genius in my professional life. My scholastic achievement peaked at a correctional finishing”, he said. © Marvel The 20-plus minute announcement during the keynote also featured Amazon's Alexa and Matt Daemon, who joined via video. This, by the way, isn't the first time Downey Jr. has taken AI and advanced technology to do something for the world. Together with his wife Susan Downey, he is also producing a docu-series for YouTube, exploring AI and the impact it will have on people's lives.

Rohit Sharma's Innings Was One Of The Luckiest Ever & We Should Thank Nita Ambani For It

After waiting for more than a week since their warm-up match against Bangladesh, the Indian cricket team finally made their ICC World Cup 2019 debut against Faf du Plessis' South African team and played a wonderful game of ODI cricket in chasing a minimal yet tricky mark of 228.  Four wickets by @yuzi_chahal and a devastating opening spell by @Jaspritbumrah93 saw #TeamIndia limit South Africa to 227 runs.

Watch all the wickets here! ⤵ #CWC19 pic.twitter.com/2zXVB5XMnw — ICC (@ICC) June 5, 2019 While a huge chunk of the credit for the victory goes to Yuzvendra Chahal for his 4-wicket-haul and Jasprit Bumrah's highly effective and economical bowling (economy of 3.5 runs), there was one man who stood between the Proteas and their first win of the Cricket World Cup 2019 like a brick wall, Rohit Sharma.  But it was #TeamIndia's day, their successful chase led by a superb ð¯ to @imro45 which included 13 boundaries and a pair of sixes.

Watch the highlights here! ð #CWC19 pic.twitter.com/iKt5er9r82 — ICC (@ICC) June 5, 2019 Scoring a brilliant and unbeaten 122 of 144 deliveries, the 'Hitman' stuck to the crease despite his opening partner, Shikhar Dhawan and skipper Virat Kohli being removed from the pitch quickly. As the opener for the Indian batting order, Sharma stayed in the middle of the action right from the beginning till the end and saw Hardik Pandya be done with the match with a crackling boundary in the 48th over.  Now, Rohit Sharma is one of the greatest batsmen to put on the blue jersey and represent our nation in international competitions but you've got to agree that the 'Luck Gods' were smiling at him throughout the match saving him from heading back to the pavilion on multiple occasions.  © Reuters Ever since the first over, Sharma's wicket was up for grabs. First he unintentionally flicked the ball to the backward square leg but the fielder was two to three steps away from the spot where the ball landed, then he was dropped between point and backward point. South African skipper, Faf du Plessis also dropped Sharma's catch at second slip and finally Sharma survived yet another scare thanks to David Miller who dropped a dolly at silly mid off late in the game. So, there are only two logical reasonings for Rohit Sharma getting so many lives at the crease last night. Either the Proteas fielding was just horrible and deserves all the criticism in the world, or, it was Nita Ambani and her world-renowned beliefs that provided Rohit Sharma with the kind of luck he needed in his 2019 World Cup opener.  And the fine people of Twitter seems to concur with this theory:  Faf after the match : If nita ambani hadn't visited the stadium rohit sharma wouldn't had scored a century and we would had taken those catches.....#INDvSA — Jammy (@The_WaLLLLLLL) June 5, 2019 When Nita Ambani spotted in the stadium

Rohit Sharma's Unbeaten Ton Proves His Credentials As One Of India's Most Bankable Batsmen

For someone who began his career as a middle-order batsman, Rohit Sharma has come into his own ever since MS Dhoni and the Indian team management identified him as a threatening opening batsman. Over the years, batting at the top, Rohit has not only turned his career around, but also provided India the luxury of an indispensable opener.

A vital cog in the Indian batting line-up, Rohit came into the ICC World Cup with a lot of expectations on his shoulders. With his team tipped as one of the top contenders this year, the right-hander was quite understandably bestowed with the responsibility of getting them to a good start. And, on 5th June, Rohit, once again, proved why he is rated so highly by the Indian team management and all the cricket experts across the globe.

Beginning their campaign against a team of South Africa's calibre was never going to be easy, but a spectacular show by the Indian bowling unit did tilt the game in favour of the 'Men in Blue'. Impressive figures by Yuzvendra Chahal (4-51) and Jasprit Bumrah (2-35) ensured that the Proteas were restricted to a mediocre total of 227 runs at the loss of nine wickets. Reuters Though the target appeared mediocre, but if anyone saw the conditions and pitch behave in the first-half of the match, they'd agree that it was going to take some doing for India to register their first points in the tournament. And, that's exactly what happened.

Against the searing pace and impeccable lengths of sprinting Kagiso Rabada, the Indian openers looked far from being comfortable with both Shikhar Dhawan (8) and Rohit struggling early on. After the game of cat and mouse, pressure got to Dhawan as he edged one off Rabada through to Quinton de Kock behind the stumps.

With the Proteas quicks smelling blood, the Indian side needed their batsmen at the crease to oversee the troublesome times and apply themselves in a bid to stitch a partnership - something Rohit and Virat Kohli (18) tried to do following Dhawan's dismissal. The duo added 41 runs for the second wicket and were eager to stabilise India's run-chase when Andile Phehlukwayo struck to send Kohli packing - courtesy a spectacular catch by De Kock. Reuters With his captain back in the hut, Rohit put his best foot forward and decided to carry the baton for his side. The Mumbai batsman gave himself enough time at the crease to settle in and, unlike his teammates, he didn't force his shots against the odd ball. On the other hand, Rohit was also impressive in rotating the strike which allowed him, and in turn India, to stitch strong partnerships.

After partnering Kohli, Rohit was involved in an 85-run partnership for the third wicket with KL Rahul (26) who looked good for the better part of his innings in the much-debated No. 4 slot. But, Rahul's dismissal in the 32nd over at the hands of Rabada once again got India in a spot of bother. Top century from Rohit Sharma. Composed, relaxed. Rode the early tension well and has been a picture of certainty since — Harsha Bhogle (@bhogleharsha) June 5, 2019
Unnerved by the pressure, Rohit continued to steer the chase for India after finding some support from MS Dhoni (34). The two experienced batsmen added 74 runs for the fourth wicket and almost nullified the threat Rabada & co. posed in the middle. As the game neared its end, India lost Dhoni, but Rohit's presence in the middle ensured the team remained on track. Reuters While the winning runs came from the blade of swashbuckling Hardik Pandya (15*), it was arguably Rohit's superlative knock of 122 runs including 10 fours and two sixes that made the difference. Calm ,composed and a wonderful century from @ImRo45 ! Fantastic understanding of the situation ! — Virender Sehwag (@virendersehwag) June 5, 2019
On a track where batsmen from both sides struggled to get going, Rohit showed great composure and temperament in his match-winning innings. Curbing his natural, aggressive game, Rohit adapted to the conditions and sacrificed certain shots from his armoury to ensure his survival at the crease. Owing to experience and know-how of the game, the Indian opener got his team over the line and notched up his second World Cup hundred and get India off to a winning start in the tournament. A wonderful, mature innings from Rohit Sharma. Great assessment of the situation and seeing India through to the win in the end, a hallmark of top players @ImRo45 . A well begun World Cup campaign for Team India #INDvSA pic.twitter.com/Hmul57c4BO — VVS Laxman (@VVSLaxman281) June 5, 2019
It was also Rohit's 23rd ODI hundred which allowed him to go past Sourav Ganguly (22) in the list of India's all-time top hundred makers in the 50-over format. He is now placed third in the elite list with just Sachin Tendulkar (49) and Kohli (41) ahead of him.

Following their emphatic six-wicket triumph, the Kohli brigade will hope that Rohit continues his fine run when they take the field against Australia in the much-anticipated clash at The Oval on 9th June.

The Bumrah-Chahal Show: India's Seam-Spin Duo Pleases Pundits After Picking Proteas Apart

Going into the tournament, fans and experts had identified a handful of players who would go to play a crucial role in Team India's campaign at the ICC World Cup. The first and most obvious candidate is of course captain Virat Kohli whose batting prowess and leadership skills are expected to get his team all the way.

Amongst other probables who were expected to make a mark, Jasprit Bumrah and Yuzvendra Chahal were also looked upon as key players for India. While everyone expected Bumrah to do the damage with his searing pace and precision in line and lengths early on, Chahal was bestowed with the responsibility of doing the damage with his cunning variations in the middle order - a script that dictated South Africa's fate in their clash in Southampaton on 5th June.

Winning the toss and deciding to bat, the Proteas were, to an extent, conned into believing that the conditions were suited for batting and posting a formidable total upfront. But, popular to contrary perception, the South African batting unit was picked apart by a spectacular show from Bumrah and Chahal. Reuters It all began in the fourth over, when Bumrah's tight angle got Hashim Amla (6) stuck into a stop-shot, eventually forcing an outside edge that went straight into the hands of Rohit Sharma at second slip. In his next over, Bumrah's cunning plan - with adequate support from Kohli - led to the dismissal of Quinton de Kock (10).

With their side reeling at 24/2, South Africa needed a strong partnership which eventually came through the efforts of and Faf du Plessis (38) and Rassie van der Dussen (22). With the two Proteas batsmen rebuilding their innings by adding 54 runs for the third wicket, India needed to counter the potential threat. And, that's when Chahal's spin wizardry came to the fore. Reuters In what arguably turned out to be one of the deliveries of the tournament, Chahal's drift and rip on the ball turned Van der Dussen into a laughing stock after his reverse-sweep led to a dismissal. It was undeniably a vital breakthrough, but Chahal wasn't done yet. In fact, the Indian leg-spinner had another gem of a delivery up his sleeves for opposition captain Du Plessis who was outfoxed in a classic spinner's dismissal.   pic.twitter.com/UjzhO7fCFc — Maqbool (@im_maqbool) June 5, 2019
pic.twitter.com/8i5QmbkmHa — Maqbool (@im_maqbool) June 5, 2019
At the other end, his spin-bowling partner Kuldeep Yadav, too, joined the party and dismissed JP Duminy (3) in the 23rd over after wrapping him in front of the stumps. Though Duminy went for the review, but even the DRS couldn't save him following his poor shot-selection. Reuters Despite two wickets in his kitty, Chahal's breakthrough act continued as he once again helped his side in breaking the partnership. David Miller (31) and Andile Phehlukwayo (34) had added 46 runs for the sixth wicket when Chahal removed the former in a simple caught and bowled dismissal in the 36th over.

Few overs later, Chahal struck again to send Phehlukwayo back into the hut after foxing him in the length to allow MS Dhoni to complete a regulation stumping. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, too, got his name under the wickets column after claiming the scalps of Chris Morris (42) and Imran Tahir (0) in the final over as the Proteas crumbled to 227/9 in 50 overs. Reuters While every Indian bowler contributed in their own way, it was undoubtedly Bumrah and Chahal whose impressive figures of 2-35 and 4-51 respectively earned them plaudits from fans and pundits alike. Fantastic effort by the bowlers to restrict South Africa to 227. Bumrah began exceptionally and the wrist spinners capitalised, Chahal was superb in his 10 overs and I back India to chase down this total. #INDvSA — VVS Laxman (@VVSLaxman281) June 5, 2019

Rohit Sharma's Impromptu 'Break Dance' Becomes A Major Hit With Indian Fans On Social Media

After patiently waiting for seven days in the tournament, the Indian cricket team finally started their campaign at the ICC World Cup against South Africa in Southampton on 5th June. While the Indian fans were forced to wait to see their team in action, the late start for 'Men in Blue' at the ICC spectacle also meant that they had enough time to prepare - something that was in full display at the Rose Bowl stadium.

Losing the toss, the Indian team found themselves bowling against the South African batting line-up, focussed on piling up a big score in a bid to record their first win in three games. But, it wasn't meant to be - thanks to a spectacular bowling performance by India.

With Jasprit Bumrah getting his angles and seam movement to trouble the South African openers early on, everyone knew that a wicket was around the corner. While many suspected Quinton de Kock to became the first victim, it was Hashim Amla who eventually turned out to be the first scalp for Bumrah. Reuters In the fourth over, Bumrah's good length delivery, pitched just outside off, forced Amla to defend from the crease - a mistake that was eventually going to cost South Africa their first wicket. Deploying his defensive push, Amla couldn't help but edge the ball through towards the second slip where anxious Rohit Sharma got down just in time to grab it cleanly.

It was a beautifully set-up dismissal where the bowler's line and length combined perfectly with the field setting, deployed in anticipation of the opposition batsman's shot. If Bumrah's early breakthrough got the Indian fans on the edge of their seats, Rohit's unique celebration after taking the catch doubled the fun on social media. Here's How To Avoid Being 'Love-Bombed', Which Is One Of The Most Toxic Dating Trends These Days

We're going to talk about an age old dating trend which has found a new name and is incessant in its occurrence and let's face it, can be quite lethal. We're talking about 'Love Bombing' and it's the worst manipulative move in today's dating game. No, love bombing isn't bombarding someone with love. Well, not entirely. It's a lot more than that. (c)Pintrest Love bombing is an emotionally abusive situation in a relationship where the victim goes through manipulative withdrawal after being showered with love and affection. The victims are usually people who have gone through emotionally strung out, abusive relationships in the past and haven't worked on changing their particular pattern; hence they get manipulated easily into another damaging relationship, because they haven't worked on their past issues. Such people attract relationships with narcissistic folks, making them vulnerable to the concept of love bombing. (c)Pintrest It's basically a weapon disguised as affection and you may get a lot of it from the person who is love bombing you, but her ultimate motive is to manipulate you in to believing it's all real. So, in order to avoid being love-bombed, especially when you've just come out of a serious relationship, here's what you can do: (1) Take Things Very Slow One major fact about love bombers are they will get under your skin and your psyche way too quickly. They will give their all, in little time and suddenly it'll feel like this fits perfectly well. Because love is blind, quite literally and before you know it, after a boatload of love and affection they will show you a side you were never privy to before. While giving you the attention that you always craved for, they also shower you with gifts, which in most cases is a transactional process for them. All these moves are quite calculative and well thought out, before they start withdrawing and showing you their true colours (mostly their abusive and controlling side) before the romance starts to fizzle out. (c)Pintrest So, in order to avoid that situation, take it slow at first and make sure you know the person fairly well, before you're drawn or lured in to their trap. Love bombers are impatient people. They want everything to go rather quickly so you have to take your own time to figure what you need to and in case they bail, because you were taking your time, they were worth it to begin with. (2) Don't Delve Into Future-Talks Love bombers love talking about the future, in little to no time. You may feel you have found the right person who is giving you everything you've ever desired including making future plans with you. From wedding plans to how many kids you both want to have, everything will be laid straight out like the best made plans. But there's a catch. Future talks with a love bomber are sure shot signs of red flag. It's tricky because love bombers trick you into believing they are an important part of your life and indispensable to your future happiness. (c)Pintrest Make sure you don't indulge in any future plans with them, until you're sure and significant time has gone by and you've figured out their true intention. Otherwise they will leave you with a million dreams for the future and disappear. (3) If They Start To Seem Difficult, Leave A few traits you can't miss when you're with a narcissistic love bomber is that they will play on your insecurities, their unreasonable demands and expectations will increase, things will obviously start to fizzle out and the relationship will feel like a constant emotional-merry-go-round. These are the signs you need to watch out for, when things start getting a little too aggressive and abrupt and leave. Save yourself some hurt and recognise these patterns. You will know how they treat you, which will be very different from how anyone in a 'normal' relationship would. (c)Pintrest Most times it's a human tendency to feel good about oneself and attract people who make people feel good about themselves. Sometimes people go through heavily abusive relationships and make it a pattern to attract people who will behave the same way the others have in the past, with them. The solution is to break the pattern and introspect as to why you let certain people into your life. Love bombing is one of the most toxic forms of abuse and if you realise the traces early on, you can definitely break away and live without the unnecessary toxicity. Or just pay attention to the pointers mentioned above and be at guard with love bombers who may come your way.

Jaggu Dada Just Used A Vegetable As An Accessory To Outstyle Sallu Bhai At The Bharat Premiere

Salman Khan's much awaited Eid mega-release 'Bharat' is here, and as expected, everyone attended the premiere. As impressed as we were with most outfits, one particular outfit made us take a closer look. We are talking about the debonair stylemaster Jackie Shroff, who even at 62, doesn't hesitate to experiment with unusual elements.1 (c) Viral Bhayani The first thing we noticed about Jaggu Dada's outfit of course is the fact that it looked very similar to what Salman Khan himself wore - an all black ensemble (sort of, with very dark jeans that had about a dozen of zippers). (c) Viral Bhayani As dapper as both of them looked in their cowboy-ish retro fare, Mr Shroff stood out because of a very strange accessory. He wore as a brooch, what looked like a carrot (or is it a turnip?) Well it's not an 'actual' vegetable, but a rather convincing specimen. What is it doing on his chest? What does it mean? Does it have a secret message? Is it a symbol for something? We have so many questions! (c) Viral Bhayani (c) Viral Bhayani We'll just make peace with the assumption that he's just using it as an unusual accessory. Now, we are all for unusual accessories, but this is one piece that stands out simply because how playfully weird it is, and even though it seemingly doesn't belong right there with the outfit, Jackie Shroff is making it work effortlessly. Talk about outstyling Bhai, that too on Eid.

'Bharat' Review: Salman Khan Is Back In All His Glory & Gives His Fans A Perfect Eidi

Bharat Movie Cast: Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff, Sonali Kulkarni, Disha Patani, Satish Kaushik Bharat Movie Director: Ali Abbas Zafar  Bharat Movie Rating: 4/5 Salman Khan and Eid go hand in hand. Ever wondered why Salman's fans celebrate his every movie like a big festival? Well, you might not find any probable answer to this, but it's a given that his followers treat his movies like the most-awaited event of the season, and with good reason too.  This time, the audience has been served with a mixed bowl of emotions and actions on their platter with 'Bharat' and when you have Ali Abbas Zafar as a director, you know the movie has a lot to offer.  'Bharat' will make you laugh, cry and even feel patriotic at the same time. The basic root of the film is the tragic story of those who lost their loved ones when a bunch of 'corrupt politicians' decided to cut through 'Bharat' and make it India and Pakistan.  If you are thinking of investing your money and time into 'Bharat', then you can probably go ahead, because it won't disappoint you at all.  There is a chance you could feel a sense of deja vu, as you might get a rush of memories from Salman's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' days, as there is a similar element of emotion and patriotism.  In all honesty, 'Bharat' is the perfect Eidi after the disastrous sob-fest that was 'Race 3' (no offence to the makers, clearly). 'Bharat' is an official adaptation of a South Korean drama 'Ode to my Father' (2014).  The movie shows Salman in five avatars, dating from 1947 to 2010. So, the young Bharat is separated from his father and sister during the Indo-Pak partition in 1947, after which he dedicates his entire life to the one promise that he made to his father (played by Jackie Shroff), that he will always take care of his family.  Of course, goes without saying that 'Bharat' is an absolute treat for those who have been dying to see Katrina Kaif and Salman on the big screen together again. The chemistry between the two is simply brilliant, and their cute banter throughout the movie will make you question if they are equally close off-screen as well.  Katrina, in terms of acting, has surely come a long way. Those who have seen 'Zero' would agree with my statement. Katrina, in 'Bharat', is free-spirited and bold and people are bound to love this avatar of hers.  If you're wondering about Salman's performance, then you probably should see the film for yourself, because if I tell you, I reckon I would be stealing your joy of watching Bhai in all his glory. The cherry on the cake has to be Sunil Grover, and in every sense, he finally has his perfect big Bollywood movie. Ali has made sure that Sunil's character doesn't fade or lose focus before Salman's presence. Disha Patani makes a brief period appearance but still manages to impress you with her killer looks and moves.  Every character in the movie is justified and why not? It's an Ali Abbas Zafar movie after all.  Yes, the movie is lengthy and just before the interval, you might feel that it is a bit stretched, but don't worry, 'Bharat' picks up the pace rather soon again.  The movie is not limited to just the love story between Bharat and Kumud (Katrina Kaif). It recounts significant historic instances of our nation, like the 1947 partition, Jawaharlal Nehru's death, the 1983 Cricket World Cup, liberalization, and yes, even globalization.  The score of the movie has done a brilliant job in keeping up with changing eras and gives the audience the perfect feel of a rapidly progressing nation. Just like any movie, 'Bharat' is also not perfect and has its own decent share of flaws. However, it does not leave you disappointed or feeling unsatisfied.  So, book your tickets and watch this Salman movie. Try not to overanalyze everything you see and you are bound to come out of the hall feeling sated!

Ahead Of Its Big Eid Release, Salman Khan's 'Bharat' Lands Into Legal Trouble

Salman Khan's 'Bharat' is nearing its release and fans are waiting with bated breath to see their favourite Khan on the big screen. The movie has been a part of controversies ever since its inception. Just a few days before the release, Salman Khan's 'Bharat' has landed into legal trouble. Well, a petition has been filed seeking the change in the title of the movie at the Delhi High Court. The petition was filed by Vipin Tyagi. As per reports, the film is against Section 3 of the Emblems and Names Act which prohibits the use of word 'Bharat' for any commercial use.  He has also asked for a change in one particular dialogue where the character has been compared to the country and he feels it's somewhere hurting the sentiments of the citizens. We wonder what Salman or Ali Abbas Zafar has to say to this. For the uninitiated, 'Bharat' is an adaptation of the Korean film 'An Ode To My Father'. It traces the journey of a man and a nation together. It will release on June 5. Watch the trailer here:  Salman's 'Bharat' was also making news when Priyanka Chopra walked out of the movie. Since then, Salman is always seen taking a potshot at PeeCee for the same. At a press conference, Salman Khan said, "She, over Bharat, did choose the USA in the 'nick' of time. She has worked so hard all her life, okay? And when she got the biggest film of her life, she dumped that film and got married. You know, hats off! Usually, people leave their husbands for a film like this." Are you excited to see the movie? Let us know in the comments below.

A 16-YO Boy Died While Playing PUBG Mobile For 6 Hours & It's Becoming A Problem Now

PUBG Mobile, as you probably already know, has become a huge problem in India. From broken marriages to people losing their lives, we've literally seen it all. Now, just when we thought that people were becoming more aware of the situation, we've learned that a 16-year-old boy has died while playing the battle royale game. © PUBG According to a news report, the 16-year-old boy identified as Furkhan Qureshi died of cardiac arrest after playing the game for six straight hours. He was a class 12 student from Neemuch town of Madhya Pradesh. According to his family, Furkhan started playing the game after having his lunch. At around 7 PM on May 26 when the incident happened, he apparently became hyper and started shouting at other players. He then collapsed on the floor. © PUBG Furkhan's sister, Fiza Qureshi, was sitting beside him when the incident happened. “My brother was playing PUBG with some of his friends. Suddenly, he started shouting 'carry out the blast..carry out blast'. Then he threw his earphones and mobile and cried saying 'Ayan I will not play with you'. I lost the game because of you,” she said. His family then rushed him to the nearest hospital where he was declared brought dead. “The boy was brought to the hospital without a pulse. We tried to revive him, but failed in our attempt”, said Cardiologist Dr. Ashok Jain. From the looks of it, it appears as though he got pissed because of losing the game. It might have caused a surge in adrenaline resulting in cardiac arrest. Dr Jain noted that his heart seemed to be healthy. “I appeal children to stay away from such games as excitement could cause cardiac arrest," he said. After the sad demise of his brother, Furkhan's brother Mohammad Hasim also opened about his addiction to PUBG Mobile. “I also used to play the same game but after the death of my brother I have deleted it from my mobile phone," he said. PUBG Mobile addiction has become a serious problem. It's important that people understand the ill-effects of excessive gaming. WHO recently announced that 'gaming disorder' is a real thing, so we think it's time that people start taking it more seriously.

Narendra Modi Took Oath As PM For A Second Term & Of Course There Are Memes On It

As I'm sure everyone knows that our country officially got its Prime Minister yesterday with PM Narendra Modi's oath-taking ceremony after BJP's huge win in the Lok Sabha elections. Basically, PM Modi officially became the Prime Minister yet again for the next five years and the event became a historic one because of how huge the attendance yesterday was. © Twitter But, desi people have some other ways of going down in history (not really, but you get the point). I feel like each and every Indian knows that PM Modi literally can't do a single thing without it becoming the talk of Twitter and something huge like his swearing-in ceremony, that too with 8,000 guests in attendance, will have people talking, and more importantly, making memes.  Like always, desi Twitter did not disappoint at all and gave some hilarious tweets that I feel like even PM Modi himself would laugh at if he sees them. Sundar Pichai Refused To Take Shares Worth Rs 405 Cr From Google Saying He's Already Making Enough

Google CEO Sundar Pichai has been one of the world's highest-paid corporate executives. So, naturally, you'd expect someone like him to continue receiving a big fat paycheck, right? Well, that's not really true. As turns out, as Google's Chief Executive Officer, Sundar Pichai hasn't received an equity/ stock award in over two years. No, it has nothing to do with his performance as the CEO. © Reuters Apparently, Sundar turned down a huge grant of restricted stock in 2018 saying he was already being paid generously. That's right, Bloomberg noted that he turned down the shares because he felt his compensation was more than enough. The exact amount which he turned down, obviously, is still unclear. However, the sources familiar to the matter told that it's about $58 million, which roughly translates to about Rs 405 Crore. © Reuters Before you think Pichai was being too generous, it's worth pointing out a key detail in Bloomberg's report. The report points to a staff meeting from earlier this year, in which a Google employee questioned why the CEO was receiving massive payouts when the other employees were struggling to make their ends meet. It's not just Google, though. A lot of technology companies are being increasingly blamed for all sorts of societal ills. It's been reported that the board of Google parent Alphabet Inc. will meet later this year to revise Pichai's salary. Until then, it's highly unlikely that you'll see Pichai in the list of “Most Reputable CEO” anytime soon.

OnePlus 7 Is Still The Best Value For Money Smartphone That's Hard To Beat

OnePlus started off as a brand that sold 'Flagship Killers', meaning some of the most powerful phones at affordable or mid-range prices. However, the company decided to pull up the socks and go all in with an ultra-premium device this year for the first time called the OnePlus 7 Pro. In fact, OnePlus was so hellbent at showing off its shiny new creation, it dedicated almost its entire presentation time on the 7 Pro. Yes, I said almost because OnePlus also took some time to announce the new OnePlus 7. The OnePlus 7 may have missed the well-deserved spotlight during the launch, but that doesn't necessarily mean you should ignore it. In fact, I was more excited about the OnePlus 7 than the Pro version, mainly because of the associated price tag. © MensXP Don't get me wrong, the OnePlus 7 Pro is a great smartphone. It's got everything that you'd expect from a premium smartphone. A stunning display, a beautiful design, solid performance, etc. You'll get all the flagship features if you're willing to pay for it. But if don't fancy all those features, then the OnePlus 7 is what you should be looking at. Design & Display Alright, I am not going to lie, but the OnePlus 7 is more or less identical to the OnePlus 6T when it comes to its design and display. Seriously, if you pull out a OnePlus 6T and put it right next to it, I am sure no one would be able to tell them apart. Yes, the earpiece on the OnePlus 7 is elongated and the dual-LED flash now rests within the camera module, but those subtle differences. BTW, not many differences also mean the phone still lacks wireless charging, an IP rating, and a headphone jack. Just saying. Apart from that though, you are essentially looking at the same 6.41-inch AMOLED display surrounded by an aluminum frame and glass panel. The display still has a waterdrop/ dewdrop notch, the buttons are at the same spot and so is the alert slider. On paper, the OnePlus 7 weighs less than the OnePlus 6T by 3 grams. However, I found it slightly on the heavier side maybe because I've been using the Pixel 3a XL as my daily driver. © MensXP As for the display itself, you're looking at a 1080p panel which is as beautiful as AMOLED panels can get. Seriously, this is a stunning display on which media consumption is a joy, be it watching movies on Netflix or jumping into a quick game of Call of Duty Mobile. OnePlus has thrown in a bunch of display settings like 'Night mode', 'Reading mode', etc., which is something you might want to check out. Heck, you can even calibrate the display by fiddling with some advanced display settings like NTSC, sRGB, Display-P3, etc. One of the things I noticed while using the OnePlus 7 is that it doesn't get as bright as I'd like it to. The other day I was out shooting pictures with it, and I found myself constantly checking the brightness slider to see if it set to max brightness. That's weird considering the fact that it's an AMOLED panel and I haven't had such issues in the past with, say, the OnePlus 6T. © MensXP Since we're talking about the display, I think it's a good time to talk about the in-display fingerprint scanner as well. The OnePlus 7, just like the OnePlus 6T and the 7 Pro, has an in-display fingerprint scanner. Well, it had been a while since I used a OnePlus phone before this, but I am pretty sure the sensor on the OnePlus 7 is even better than the one which I used on the 6T. It's both fast and was consistent at reading my finger, which is always a good thing. © MensXP Overall, I'd say the OnePlus 7 is a looker. I've been using the Red variant of the phone and, as you can see, it looks absolutely beautiful. I also got to check out the Mirror Gray variant at the launch event, so I can confirm that it looks equally impressive. Performance Now, if you've read our OnePlus 7 Pro's review, then you'd already know that the new Snapdragon 855 SoC is an absolute monster. Well, OnePlus 7 is also powered by the same processor, so you already know the phone is going to be fast. The variant that I've been using comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. That's the top of the line variant, but you can pick up the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Either way, you're going to get a phone that's going to be blazing fast. My experience with the phone has been fluid. I mean, OnePlus, as we all know, isn't a company that cut corners when it comes to the performance, the OnePlus 7 is no different. Opening and closing apps was a breeze and it even handles multitasking like a champ. I am not someone who does a lot of resource-intensive tasks like editing a video, etc. I mainly found myself pushing the processor by playing games and editing a couple of pictures on apps like Adobe Lightroom, Snapseed, etc. Needless to say, the OnePlus 7 ran all of that without breaking a sweat. Anyway, here's a quick look at the Geekbench score for those of you who care about synthetic benchmark numbers - © MensXP When it comes to gaming, titles like PUBG Mobile and Call of Duty Mobile ran just as you'd expect. Fast! I was able to play all the games at the highest settings and noticed no lags or stutters whatsoever. It also has a dedicated gaming mode which you can use to get a performance boost if need be. Also, the OnePlus 7, just like the 7 Pro, uses the new UFS 3.0 type of storage, which is probably the fastest form of storage out there, so you can expect great read and write speeds while doing things like loading a game, moving a file, etc. Overall when it comes to the performance, I'd say the OnePlus 7 is a typical OnePlus phone with fluid and snappy performance. Obviously, things don't look as smooth as they do on the OnePlus 7 Pro, and that's mainly because of the lack of a 90Hz display. That said, if you buy the OnePlus 7 you'll definitely be THAT guy with one of the fastest phones in the room, if not the fastest. Software OnePlus' OxygenOS has been my favorite OS for a long time now. It's very lightweight and comes with a ton of meaningful customization options that really help enhancing the user experience. Well, the OnePlus 7 comes with a bunch of new features like 'Zen mode', which basically turns off almost all features of the phone except phone calls and camera. Yes, I think it's a great addition. Apart from that, you also get things like a built-in screen recorder and your usual customization options like Navigation gestures, ability to change the theme, etc. © MensXP Cameras OnePlus phones have struggled with cameras in the past. But OnePlus has managed to put some good numbers on paper this time around. The OnePlus 7 has the same 48MP sensor found on the 7 Pro and combines it with a secondary 5MP camera for collecting extra information like depth. Yes, it only sports two cameras at the back as opposed to the triple camera setup found on the 7 Pro. © MensXP The results? Well, I'd say that decent and they'll get the job done. Much like the OnePlus 7 Pro, we could snap pictures that managed to blow our mind. Yes, it can capture some good images in daylight when there's a lot of light. The daylight images have decent dynamic range and they turned out nice and detailed. The 'Pro' mode lets you capture images at the said 48MP resolution. It uses Pixel-binning to achieve that resolution. Of course, I tried this too, but I found the results to be okay-ish at best. When it comes to the low light, things start to get a little muddy. Sadly, even the 'Night Sight' couldn't really do much to improve the overall quality. That said, it's definitely an improvement over the last year's OnePlus 6T. Here are some samples. Take a look at them yourself - One of the things that I'd like to point out is that the camera software still needs a lot of work. I absolutely hate the fact that I have to adjust the exposure manually every time I try to click a picture. I am running on an updated software build, so I hope things will get better over time with updates.  The camera performance, though it's an improvement over the last year's OnePlus 6T, I'd say is still not up to the mark. OnePlus 7 can take good images, don't get me wrong, but it still can't really compare with the likes the Pixel 3, Huawei P30 Pro, etc. So as long as you're viewing the pictures on your phone and not comparing it with any other phone, you'll be good. Battery Life The OnePlus 7 packs a 3,700 mAh battery, which means it's slightly smaller than that of the OnePlus 7 Pro. That, however, shouldn't really be an issue considering the fact that it has to push only a 1080p display with no crazy refresh rates. I personally ended my days with at least 20-percent battery remaining with a SOT of around 4 to 4 and a half hours. Yes, it's not all that impressive, but it's not something I feel I need to complain about either. Obviously, the battery performance is going to vary depending on the usage, but I am sure the OnePlus 7 can get you through a day's worth of usage without any issues. The Final Say Depending on how you look at it, the OnePlus 7 is either a OnePlus 6T on steroids or, you know, a slightly less exciting OnePlus 7 Pro. Either way, if you're buying the OnePlus 7, you'll be putting your money on a smartphone that's going to be hard to beat by any phone maker this year when it comes to value for money. It's a phone that packs a stunning display, solid performance thanks to the Snapdragon 855 SoC, and a decent pair of cameras. It's also a looker, so you won't feel like you're using a dated phone by today's standard. So you don't fancy all the bells and whistles of the premium OnePlus 7 Pro, then this is the flagship to buy. It's the phone for TRUE OnePlus fans who're predominantly looking to get a bang for their buck.

Pooja Bedi Talks About Orgasm Inequality And We're All Ears

AIB Comedian Rohan Joshi Opens Up About Battling Anxiety & There's An Important Lesson For Us

Mental health issues in India are becoming a lot more easier to talk about. We still think thrice before coming out with what we're actually facing but a lot of people out there, who're going through or have gone through certain things make it a point to share their experiences, in order to make it easier for other people to be okay with it. I agree health issues like depression and anxiety are still very superficially dealt with and talked about in our country, but change is happening on a more malleable level, where bringing these issues forth and facing them consciously is the need of the hour. © Pinterest Celebrities more often than not have talked about battling certain mental health issues. Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan have actually spoken about battling depression in the past and have overcome it with the help of their family and friends. Through them we learnt that there is a constant that heals you when you're the darkest place in your life and that is the candid support of your family and friends. When you have someone around you aware of what you're going through, their constant check-ins are very important for your mental well-being. Battling with depression, anxiety or any other disorder alone is an unhealthy option and apart from proper therapy, a support structure really helps. © Pinterest Rohan Joshi, one of the faces of AIB (All India Backchod), came out and spoke about anxiety and how he'd been living it since his childhood and how he came out of it with the help of his family and friends. While he still struggles to deal with it, he knows at the end of the day, he has enough people to turn to, to guide him and check on how he is doing. And that is the most important thing ever, to come out of something that's so overpowering at times. Rohan spoke to Human of Bombay about how he has been dealing with anxiety since he was in college, when a college professor gave him a hard time. Even though he worked hard to put his issues of anxiety at bay, he still gets affected when someone negatively comments on his work, till date. But what kept him going through these years was the ardent support and love he got from his dear ones. © Instagram "I had my first panic attack when I was 19. It started when a teacher in my engineering college began bullying & failing me. Once I even copied an assignment that got full marks, and he still failed me! It got so bad that one day, I threw up just outside college. I ran away to a beach & sat there for 5 hours. Soon, that became a pattern. I was very afraid of going to college. But I couldn't tell my parents I wanted to quit – as an Indian student, it's a sin to drop out! I waited until I was asked to leave because of low attendance & then told my parents. At first, they were upset. It was shameful for them that I had quit. We'd barely talk – so I took up an internship to get out of the house. Eventually, we made up – they weren't upset because I dropped out, it was because of how I did." On coping up with his issue till date, Rohan adds, "At my moms suggestion I joined a media course. There, it was better, but I wasn't okay. There were days when I couldn't get out of bed or I'd chew the insides of my mouth to shreds because I was so restless. I'd even lash out at my loved ones. I began working as a stand-up comedian, so I spent a lot of time on social media, and it can be very toxic. Simple comments like, 'You're not funny, quit!' would make me overthink & I'd feel like everything I was doing was pointless.  I hit rock bottom after the AIB roast debacle. Imagine waking up to the whole media calling you a stain on the face of the nation! I felt helpless when the cops showed up at my mom's door. I didn't know how to face people, so I'd just stay at a friend's place for days.  I was in a very dark place. But my family & friends never gave up on me. Even today, I wake up to messages like, 'Hey, just a feelings check!' I went for therapy, took up exercise, and disconnected from things that triggered my anxiety. But I still have bad days. No matter how much I try to not get affected by a random person's words, it happens. But I'm learning to deal. My journey of self-healing is an ongoing battle, and I'm okay with that. Because I've realized that I don't have to go at it alone. I don't have to give in, or give up. I just have to keep fighting. #IAmAMentalHealthWarrior" View this post on Instagram #Repost @officialhumansofbombay ã»ã»ã» “I had my first panic attack when I was 19. Celebrities like Alia Bhatt and Rajeev Masand cheered him on for opening up and a lot of other people could relate to what he was saying. Unfortunately, even today, people fail to understand what mental health disorders are or what is required to deal with them patiently. A lot of people fail to recognise them as a problem and often pass them off as sadness or a 'phase'. Well, honestly, it's not a phase, it's something one has to consciously fight and come out alive. It's not just sadness or a temporary lack of judgement, it's your brain and your body refusing to accept normalcy, and be whole again. We're very grateful Rohan Joshi spoke openly about him dealing with anxiety and every time a celebrity comes out in the open and talks about a mental health issue, it makes a large difference to a population that is helplessly facing these issues, not knowing what to do. © Instagram So, like Rohan Joshi, let's all be mental health warriors and fight to overcome this war that is the need of the hour. If you recognise a pattern of depression or anxiety in someone you're close to, make it a point to be as supportive as you can for them.
