This Host Asks PM Modi andamp Sheikh Hasina To Step Down andamp Proves That He Is A Legend Not A Kid Or Real Man

Whenever someone points out mistakes in our English speaking skills, we often take it to our hearts thinking “Hey! Just because we aren’t as great in English as you are, you can’t humiliate us like that.” Well, we completely agree with those sentiments that English should be treated as a language and not a parameter for judging someone’s caliber or success. However, if you are at a certain stature or situation, you need to realize that you can’t take things lightly. A few years back, when a reporter called China’s Premiere Xi Jinping as Eleven Jinping, we all shared a good laugh, but also turned into a laughing stock in front of the world. Honestly, we thought that we have seen everything and there’s nothing that will surprise us. However, recently, an announcer made an error that could have turned things sour for everyone but thankfully the delegates took it lightly.   © Facebook PM Narendra Modi and Bangladeshi PM Sheikh Hasina recently met for a joint press conference at Hyderabad House and while they were standing at the podium, the host said “May I request the two prime ministers to step down.” The official did not have any wrong intentions and accidently said “Step down” instead of “Step off”. For those who don’t know, ‘step down’ is a term used when a leader withdraws or resigns from his office. Thankfully, things didn’t turn sour and the entire hall broke into laughter and soon this mistake faded in this air.  #WATCH: This funny moment happened live at Hyderabad House during PM Modi and Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina's joint statement. pic.twitter.com/Z1D7AbB3eb — ANI (@ANI_news) April 8, 2017 There can be times when you might skip something important, but there is nothing that can dodge Twitter’s eagle eyes. As expected, people did notice this error and could not control themselves from sharing their take on the entire fiasco.  @ANI_news Step down ? Nah bhai nah PM @narendramodi Ji would not step down till he solve all problems of India ! ?? — Harsh Sachdeva (@harshsachdeva19) April 8, 2017 PM #Modi asked to step down! Rashid Khan: Twitter Celebrates The Success Of 18-Year-Old Afghan Boy In IPL 2017

For the Indian Premier League (IPL) team owners, the players' auction is all about making a few buys here and there, to fix specific areas in their franchise. But, for a country like Afghanistan who is still trying to find its feet in international cricket, it's not just about the money; rather it is a matter of national pride.

So, when young Rashid Khan bagged a lucrative Rs 4-crore deal from Sunrisers Hyderabad, his country and teammates would have surely felt proud. However, the history of IPL highlights the fact that fetching big bucks is one thing, but justifying the price tag is altogether a different ball game.

And, after the failure of big names including Pawan Negi and Yuvraj Singh earlier, not many would have tipped the budding spinner from a country like Afghanistan to come good in the country's biggest T20 extravaganza. Twitter But, proving the naysayers wrong, Rashid has not only managed to justify his price tag, but has arguably become one of the finds of the tournament which is only in its initial phase as of now.

Playing in the opening match for Hyderabad, the Afghan leggie picked two crucial wickets in his side's 35-run win over Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). While he looked a bit expensive with an economy rate of 9.00, Rashid produced a further-improved performance in their second match.

In the sixth match of the IPL 2017, Rashid bamboozled the likes of Brendon McCullum (5), Suresh Raina (5) and Aaron Finch (3) to ensure Gujarat Lions were reduced to a mediocre 135/7. For those who might have questioned his expensive economy rate in the first game, Rashid conceded a mere 19 runs in 4 overs at 4.75 runs an over, including 11 dot balls. Twitter And Twitter was up in all praise for the 18-year-old Afghan cricketer:   Rashid Khan:

First over removed McCullum..

Second over removed Finch..

Third Over removed Raina..

Mumbais Kaali-Peeli Taxis Getting An App Will Save Your A** From Paying Those Hefty Surge Prices

We have made ourselves so comfortable around technology that even the smallest of things are ordered using an app. So when it came to booking cabs and taxis, how can we stay far behind and restrain ourselves from taking the privileges that apps like Ola and Uber bring with it. In the rest of country, while we can still travel in cabs, when it comes to Mumbai, one just cannot miss out on travelling in the Kaali-Peeli taxis. The vintage charm of those taxis is unmatched in front of the innumerable fancy cabs. The Kaali-Peeli taxis are synonymous with the identity of Mumbai and now they are going digital and we just don’t know how to hold on to our excitement. Well, now booking the taxi will become super easy for us. © BCCL Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis recently said in the state Legislative Council that the Kaali-Peeli taxis will soon start operating through a mobile app and most probably this app will be designed and ready for use within three months. According to a report published in The Free Press Journal, Fadnavis said “The application will be helpful to passengers and to taxi drivers, as nowadays Ola and Uber provide services through a mobile application. This helps these service providers easily reach out to the passengers as it is accessible on their mobile phone.” This move comes after NCP legislator, Hemant Takle raised the issue. © Facebook Further the safety and security concerns of the users have been kept in mind as the vehicle is continuously tracked by the company. While, we talk about the tracking the vehicle, the arrogant behaviour of some drivers is also a concern for the authorities. Reportedly, there are nearly 30 lakh Kaali-Peeli taxis on the road, so introduction of the app will definitely be a huge step towards development. On days when Ola or Uber decides to f**k our lives by being unavailable or when the surge prices create holes in our pockets; at times when it becomes extremely hard to find a taxi in the scorching heat, this app can really come to our rescue. Further, while we were reconsidering our relationship with the autos, now that these taxis are going digital, we can at least hope to save a few extra bucks to spend lavishly at the restaurant we might be heading at. Still Got It: MS Dhoni Trolls Kevin Pietersen During Live Commentary In IPL

Ever since its advent, Twenty20 cricket has brought a lot of changes to the game. If the slam-bang cricket action isn't enough, the shortest version has also paved way for on-field chats and live interviews near the team dugout.

And, while there are multiple facets of the shortest version that add to the glitz, live interviews with cricketers in the field during an over is probably the one that has managed to score big amongst fans over the years.

You would either love them or despise every awkward thing about the entire process. But, these live mid-match interviews are more than capable of delivering some golden moments. And, that's exactly what happened during the IPL 2017 encounter Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) and Mumbai Indians recently.

We got another one in the tenth edition of India's cash-rich T20 tournament when England's discard Kevin Pietersen was scorched by Indian cricket superstar MS Dhoni during his side's seven-wicket win over Mumbai. Dhoni trolls back kevin pietersen #RPSvMI pic.twitter.com/Pzd5TsH9NI — shubham jindal (@shubhamjindal94) April 6, 2017
While Steven Smith’s Supergiant were fighting hard to restrict the Indians from setting a huge total, Pietersen and the IPL commentary team came calling on Indian batsman Manoj Tiwary for an insight into their innings in the field.

One thing led to another and Pietersen began pestering Tiwary to go over and heckle Dhoni at the Englishman’s behest. Kevin Pietersen can't let go of what Dhoni had to say to him last night. He's brought it in with him in the @ExtraInningsT20 studio! #eit20 pic.twitter.com/4Kwi3X6N3u — SonyLIV (@SonyLIV) April 7, 2017
“Can you just do me a favour? Can you just go and whisper in MS’ ear that I’m a better golfer than him, please,” Pietersen said in commentary.

Tiwary responded: “I’ll do that after this ball”.

A moment later, Pietersen pestered him again. “Come on, you’ve got an opportunity now. Please tell him,” he said.

When Tiwary informed Dhoni of Pietersen’s sledge in Hindi, Dhoni fired back with a brilliant one-liner: “He’s still my first Test wicket”. What's all the fuss about the banter between Dhoni & Kevin Pietersen? Sunil Gavaskar shares his thoughts, on @ExtraInningsT20 #eit20 #RPSvMI pic.twitter.com/LpfOsW0SHG — SonyLIV (@SonyLIV) April 6, 2017
Pietersen, immediately on the backfoot, shot back: "It was a referral. It was a referral". “I tell you what, it’s wonderful when you get real good people on the mic, you’ve got the players on there, you get some great stuff. Well done, mate. Love ya,” he added further.

Dhoni might have lost his Pune captaincy to Smith, but, looks like, the former Indian captain is still too good when it comes to thrashing a loosener - on and off the field.

Ranveer Singhandamprsquos Fashion Sense Is Twitteratiandamprsquos New Leisure Activity And We Donandamprsquot See How Thatandamprsquos Funny Anymore

Ranveer Singh is the mad hatter of fashion and we don’t understand why people have such a big issue with his fashion sense. We get it, it’s not your style, it’s outrageous, and some people will never be able to sport outfits that he does. But isn’t that what makes him Ranveer Singh? And you, you?  Fashion is subjective, like you can’t blame Galliano for his huge feather hat which made a fashion statement to some and a fashion faux pass to another for wearing it. Similarly, you can’t be bashing Ranveer Singh for wearing his heart out on his sleeves and considering ‘Fashion as freedom’. Because fashion IS freedom eventually, it’s what you feel from the inside and then wear your outfits accordingly. So if he has no inhibitions in wearing his snazzy outfits and carrying them like a king while still having zero fucks to give to his haters, we wonder who’s wasting their time spreading the amount of hatred that is unbelievable and totally ridiculous. The actor also ended  up saying in an interview that his biopic’s name should be named “Sex God”, we are sure that there will still be a lot of people waiting to drop a comment on this. But hey! At least praise him for being REAL! Umm…

An old picture of Ranveer Singh recently surfaced online and, of course, Twitterati couldn’t help themselves but mocked Ranveer for his fashion sense. Please stop already, world, it’s not even funny anymore TBH! ranvir: event pe jana hai..normal Blackberry suit pehn leta hoon.

After Losing His Father Rishabh Pants Blitz For Delhi Shows What Champions Are Made Of

One of India's most promising and upcoming cricketers, Rishabh Pant's batting prowess was at full display when he smashed a blistering half-century for Delhi Daredevils (DD) in their opening clash against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the M Chinnaswamy stadium on Saturday.

The left-hander smashed the RCB bowlers all around the park to score a breath-taking 57 off just 36 balls. In his sensational innings, Pant slammed three fours and four sixes to put the hosts under pressure.

Chasing a competitive total of 157, Pant almost ran away with the game following his blitzkrieg. In the end, his wicket to Pawan Negi resulted in a 15-run loss to the visiting side. Twitter Even if the Zaheer Khan side ended up on the losing side, it was the effort from the youngster that really stood out, especially when it has come on the back of a personal loss. VIDEO: Watch @DelhiDaredevils' @RishabPant777 smash 57 off 36 balls vs. #RCB in Match 5 #IPL   https://t.co/sr8CjqhZ89 — IndianPremierLeague (@IPL) April 9, 2017
The left-handed batsman suffered a major setback after his father Rajendra Pant (53) passed away at his home in Roorkee on Wednesday night. "Rajendra died in his sleep apparently of a heart attack. He was complaining of fatigue for the past few days. He retired to his room on Wednesday but when family members tried to wake him up for the dinner, he did not respond. He was taken to a private clinic which declared him brought dead," Satish Negi, a friend of the family, said. Sorry for the loss of your father Rishab Panth still batted really well under pressure tough to deal mentally All credit to @RCBTweets — yuvraj singh (@YUVSTRONG12) April 8, 2017
Hours after his father's cremation at Kankhal in Haridwar on Thursday, a grief-stricken Pant joined the Daredevils to get ready for their opening clash where he showed his character and professionalism with a brilliant fifty. Really feel for young Rishabh Pant. Losing your father is a terrible blow and cricket is only a weak balm. But at least it is a balm — Harsha Bhogle (@bhogleharsha) April 8, 2017
In his hour of darkness, a bereaved Pant overpowered grief and showed unwavering loyalty towards a team, seeking to find light at the end of the tunnel. On the eve of Delhi's opening match, coach Paddy Upton confirmed that Pant will do what two superstars of Indian cricket - Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli - had done in the past. Kedar Jadhav Won Man Of The Match, Rishab Pant Won 1.2 Billion Hearts. ??#RCBvDD #KXIPvRPS #DDvRCB #RPSvKXIP pic.twitter.com/frcn9q8j6m — Sir Ravindra Jadeja (@SirJadeja) April 8, 2017
It wasn't only the grief that Delhi player fought off. Pant also overcame the burn injuries on his leg that he sustained while performing the last rites of his father. And, in the end, what really unfolded at the Chinnaswamy stadium really shows what this 19-year-old is made of. Take a bow Rishabh Pant scores half century in 33 balls who joined the team yesterday after performing last rites of his deceased father.. — Broken Cricket (@BrokenCricket) April 8, 2017
Pant's innings also evoked praise from his captain, "He (Pant) played well, and just needed support at the other end. Pant showed a lot of courage, he has undergone personal trauma, we are all with him." All of 19 years old... and going through so much... face tells a story. Rishabh Pant... RESPECT! #IPL — Chetan Narula (@chetannarula) April 8, 2017
Many years ago, a young Kohli had overpowered grief to turn out for Delhi in a Ranji Trophy match soon after the death of his father and much before that, Tendulkar represented India in a World Cup match after paying homage to his father. My heart goes out to the valiant #RishabhPant ! Such a braveheart ! God bless you and sorry for your loss. — Archana Vijaya (@archanavijaya) April 8, 2017
While Pant might be fairly new and still trying to establish himself amongst big boys, the 19-year-old cricketer clearly has the heart and character of one true champion. Well done Rishabh Pant . You are a role model for many. @RishabPant777 . Your father somewhere in heaven will be so proud of you hero. — Aasif Sheikh (@iaasifsheikh) April 8, 2017
What a difficult moment for young Rishabh Pant. Lost his father only a couple of days, back in the field asap. Good luck! — Cricketwallah (@cricketwallah) April 8, 2017
can't even imagine how tough this is for young rishabh pant. has just cremated his father and flown in to bangalore #RCBvDD — Gaurav Kalra (@gauravkalra75) April 8, 2017
